Jason Moore founded Stratasan in 2010 and serves as the CEO. He is responsible for enterprise account relationships which include the nation’s largest healthcare systems as well as the company’s product strategy. Jason has a track record of success as an entrepreneur and startup advisor and is very active in the Nashville startup community. Prior to Stratasan, he founded the software company big Web Apps.
Brian Dailey is responsible for leading the development team in building and improving the Stratasan technology infrastructure to deliver actionable intelligence to our clients. Brian has worked in the healthcare technology industry for 15 years, developing a wide range of tools for electronic medical records, laboratory results, and medical equipment companies. He has also worked as a consultant on projects for Viacom, Best Buy, and NBC Universal.
Dan joined Stratasan in 2012 and as the SVP of Finance and Administration he leads the financial function of the company and manages the “back office” of the business. Additionally, Dan is the lead on state data compliance and purchasing. Before Stratasan, Dan was a Director of Client Services and IT Manager at Press Ganey and Data Advantage and also worked for the finance department at The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. He was a high school math teacher after college before earning his MBA from the University of Houston.
Drake Jarman is responsible for leading the sales team at Stratasan. Drake joined Stratasan in 2014 and has extensive experience selling into healthcare systems, having served as the President of Wellness Environments, a healthcare development and design company.
Stephanie Johnson is responsible for scalability and operational efficiency of the Strategic Resources Group, a diverse team of experts who specialize in analytics, planning, and execution for Stratasan. Having joined Stratasan in 2016, she also serves as a senior industry expert in ongoing client-facing activities. Prior to joining Stratasan, Stephanie served as the COO of a successful organization in Nashville, part of a 5-member executive team where she was responsible for day-to-day operational leadership and strategic direction of the company. As an influential leader, Stephanie led recruiting, marketing, business development, and human resources teams in addition to building a successful healthcare vertical. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University and has an MBA in Management from Strayer University. Stephanie and her husband Jamie have 5 children and 4 grandkids. Dedicated to her family and extremely active, Stephanie and her family spend lots of time outside biking and hiking or at the beach.
Lee Ann Lambdin is SVP of Healthcare Strategy at Stratasan. Lee Ann is responsible for the execution of high-touch, strategic engagements contracted by customers, such as Community Health Needs Assessment [CHNA] or strategic planning engagements. She also serves as the Stratasan brand evangelist and a trusted advisor to internal team members and clients, providing industry expertise and high-level strategic direction. Prior to Stratasan Lee Ann held planning leadership roles over the past 20 years in healthcare with systems such as Saint Thomas Health, Brim Healthcare, and Covenant Health.
With a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering, Scott serves as Stratasan’s VP of Engineering and is considered the “scientist” of the engineering team. Scott has been with Stratasan since 2014, having previously worked at Vanderbilt University building analytical tools for children MRI data in an effort to understand reading disabilities.
Haley joined Stratasan in 2016. In her current role, she is responsible for leading and supporting the Marketing and Inbound Lead Generation teams to engage prospects and customers, ultimately driving revenue growth.
Lessie joined the Stratasan team in August 2017 as the Vice President of Customer Success. In her role, she leads a customer success program that promotes a higher level of customer engagement aimed at driving better results for our clients. Lessie has a strong background in leading customer experience efforts, providing vision and strategy for customer success programs, and maintaining a high level of customer retention. Lessie started her healthcare career in 2008 at Decision Resources Group (DRG) where she served in many roles and ultimately finished her tenure with DRG by leading their Global Customer Experience team that engaged with biotech and pharmaceutical customers across Asia, Europe, and the United States. During her 8 ½ years at DRG, Lessie was awarded the CEO Club award that is selected by the CEO based on performance, results, and attitude to the top 1% performers. Lessie is a graduate of Austin Peay State University where she studied Corporate Communications with a minor in Psychology. In her spare time, Lessie enjoys volunteering in the Nashville Cable Program as a mentor and her love for the outdoors leads her to enjoy walking, hiking, and camping.
