Jason Moore founded Stratasan in 2011 and serves as the CEO. He is responsible for supporting and leading the executive leadership team, driving company strategy, and developing investor and strategic relationships. Jason has a track record of success as an entrepreneur and business advisor, having previously founded and operated the software company bigWebApps. He is active in the Nashville business community working closely with the Nashville Health Care Council, Catholic Business League, and Leadership Health Care. He has served for many years as a mentor with Jumpstart Foundry, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and Health:Further.
Founder & CTO
Brian Dailey is the co-founder and CTO of Stratasan. He is responsible for the company’s overall technology implementation and strategy of the web-based platforms. Brian has worked in the healthcare technology industry for more than 15 years, developing a wide range of tools for electronic medical records, laboratory results, and medical equipment companies. He previously served as a consultant for Viacom, Best Buy, and NBC Universal. Brian earned a degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Wesleyan College. He is active in supporting the Nashville tech scene, leading a number of Python developer groups.
SVP, Finance & Administration
Dan Foreman is the SVP of Finance and Administration at Stratasan. In this position, Dan leads the financial function of the company and manages the back office of the business. Additionally, Dan is the lead on state data compliance and purchasing. Before Stratasan, Dan was a Director of Client Services and IT Manager at Press Ganey and Data Advantage and also worked for the Finance Department at The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. He was a high school math teacher after college before earning his MBA from the University of Houston.
Drake Jarman is Stratasan’s SVP of Sales. He is responsible for leading the sales team and has extensive experience selling into healthcare systems, having previously served as the President of Wellness Environments. Prior to Wellness Environments, Drake was involved in national politics, serving as the National Finance Director for Governor Mike Huckabee’s Political Action Committee, HuckPAC, and working for then Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist’s VOLPAC. Drake holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy.
SVP, Customer Success
Stephanie Johnson is the SVP of Customer Success. She is responsible for the scalability and operational efficiency of this team. She also serves as a senior industry expert in ongoing client-facing activities. Prior to Stratasan, Stephanie served as COO and member of a 5-person executive team where she was responsible for day-to-day operational leadership and strategic direction. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University and has an MBA in Management from Strayer University.
Lee Ann Lambdin, FACHE
SVP, Healthcare Strategy
Lee Ann Lambdin is SVP of Healthcare Strategy at Stratasan. She is responsible for the execution of high-touch, strategic engagements contracted by customers, such as Community Health Needs Assessments [CHNA] or strategic planning engagements. She also serves as the Stratasan brand evangelist and a trusted advisor to internal team members and clients, providing industry expertise and strategic direction. Prior to Stratasan, Lee Ann held planning leadership roles for over 20 years with Saint Thomas Health, Brim Healthcare, and Covenant Health.
With a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering, Scott serves as Stratasan’s VP of Engineering and is considered the “scientist” of the engineering team. Scott has been with Stratasan since 2014, having previously worked at Vanderbilt University building analytical tools for children MRI data in an effort to understand reading disabilities.
VP, Marketing & Inbound
Haley Devlin is the VP of Marketing at Stratasan. In this position, Haley leads and supports the marketing team, driving leads to the sales team and providing value to customers through relevant content. Haley has a background in enterprise sales, digital and product marketing, and operations. She began her career at Microsoft in NYC and from there served as the Director of Online Products with Southwestern Advantage. Prior to joining Stratasan, Haley co-founded a growth-focused consultancy called Surge.
VP, Strategic Solutions
Tony Camarata is the VP of Strategic Solutions for Stratasan. In this position, Tony leads sales engineering and informs product growth. His previous experience includes leading product development at Stratsan. Prior to Stratasan, Tony worked at the National Institutes of Health and Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. He is a member of Leadership Health Care. He earned a B.S. in Child Studies from Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy.
