Senior Customer Success Manager
Congratulations to Jason Haley on his recent promotion to Senior Customer Success Manager. As Stratasan’s third employee, Jason joined the Stratasan team as a GIS Manager in 2011. From his years of experience in the role, and as the needs evolved as the company grew, he acquired a strong understanding of the provider space, Stratasan’s GIS operations, managing multiple large client accounts, geospatial data analysis, and customer GIS training and support. In his new role on the Customer Success team, he engages with and is responsible for some of our largest customers and he has done a solid job building trust with those customers.
Originally from Akron, Ohio, Jason is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan. He is a major trivia enthusiast (our Stratasan trivia team has racked up the wins this year!), map maniac, and enjoys as much time as possible either hiking or traveling. Jason has earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from Kent State University and continues to have an active role in the GIS and Healthcare community.
