In this position, Jason will manage the team responsible for client success. He will be the key owner of the Customer Success teams performance, metrics, and day-to-day operations and he reports to the SVP Customer Success.
As Stratasan’s third employee, Jason has held several positions during his tenure, including a time as the GIS Manager. He has a strong understanding of Stratasan’s GIS operations, geospatial data analysis, and customer GIS training/support and maintains a strong relationship with Esri’s Demographic/Tapestry Data, Business Analyst, Health & Human Services, and Sales Teams. Jason earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Geography from Kent State University and continues to have an active role in the GIS and Healthcare community. He moved to Nashville in 2011 from Akron, Ohio and is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan, trivia enthusiast, map maniac, and enjoys as much time as possible either hiking or traveling.
