Join me in congratulating Megan Reeves on her most recent promotion to the Customer Success Manager position on the Customer Success team.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Latin American Latino Studies and an MBA from the University of Louisville where, among several student leadership positions, she worked as a translator in a free-clinic on the backside of Churchill Downs. After she graduated, she also taught STEM subjects at a trilingual high school in Cordoba, Spain.
After moving back to the US from Spain, she worked at the University of Louisville where she was responsible leading the first-time student scholarship program in her alma mater’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Her role focused on managing a $7 million budget, marketing and communications, student recruitment and many aspects of customer success. As a result of her hard work and results, she was promoted to an Assistant Director role that focused on Outreach in the Alumni Relations and Annual Giving office. Her areas of expertise that were required for success in the position centered around program development, process improvement, strategic planning, and relationship building, both with internal and external stakeholders.
