Deactivating Idle Accounts

At Stratasan, we’re always working to make sure we keep your data safe and secure. To support that effort, we’re going to begin deactivating accounts that are idle for more than 180 days. This protects data from being accessed by employees who have possibly changed roles or organizations. Accounts can easily be reactivated by organization administrators or a member of our Stratasan Customer Success team.

We will be rolling this out in mid-February. If you are an administrator and would like a list of affected accounts within your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager ahead of time, or email support@stratasan.com.
