Congratulations, Jason Haley!

Senior Customer Success Manager

Congratulations to Jason Haley on his recent promotion to Senior Customer Success Manager. As Stratasan’s third employee, Jason joined the Stratasan team as a GIS Manager in 2011. From his years of experience in the role, and as the needs evolved as the company grew, he acquired a strong understanding of the provider space, Stratasan’s GIS operations, managing multiple large client accounts, geospatial data analysis, and customer GIS training and support. In his new role on the Customer Success team, he engages with and is responsible for some of our largest customers and he has done a solid job building trust with those customers. (more…)

CarlyFarlowCarly joined Stratasan in April 2018 as the Digital Marketing Manager. She is taking Stratasan’s digital marketing efforts to the next level via her expertise in inbound marketing and deep Hubspot knowledge. Carly has carried her love of marketing from high school on through her college studies at Middle Tennessee State University, where she received a Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing. Having previously worked in the tech space, Carly brings many years of digital marketing experience and knowledge to Stratasan. She is a Tennessee native who lived in Colorado for five years and made her way back to Nashville in 2016. When she isn’t focusing on all things digital, you can catch her on a hiking trail with her husband and dog, trying new food, or at a music concert.

Celebrating 5 Years at Stratasan!

Mike has been a Data Wrangler for Stratasan since March of 2013. Born and raised in Nashville, Mike has a BS degree in Computer Science, concentrating on Database Administration and Computer Networking. Before joining the Stratasan team, Mike worked in computer sales and as a Software Developer for LetterLogic. He and his wife Elisha have a daughter, Hailey, along with a dog named Pixie. Mike spends his free time playing Ice Hockey recreationally and spending as much time as he can enjoying the great outdoors with his family.

Celebrating 5 Years at Stratasan!

A member of the team since 2013, Hank is Stratasan’s Production Manager. He is the front line of communication with Stratasan clients, fielding requests, issues, and compliments and passing them along to the team. Before joining Stratasan, Hank handled technical and customer support at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and received a degree in Business Administration. A resident of Nashville for 25 years, he is a musician, playing around town when he can. Hank also loves to play golf and enjoys the Nashville restaurant scene.

KatieCieskiA Chicago native, Katie recently relocated to Nashville and joined Stratasan’s sales team in February 2018. With previous work experience in healthcare sales, Katie is a perfect addition to the team as a Sales Development Representative.

Katie attended the University of Iowa and double majored in Marketing and Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys checking out new restaurants, seeing concerts, being around family and friends, and spending time with her shih tzu Izzy. Katie will become an aunt for the first time in April!

Update to Physician Loyalty: Storyboards Now Included

In case you missed the earlier announcement, Physician Pathway is now comprised of two tools: Physician Patterns and Physician Loyalty.

    • Physician Patterns shows a physician liaison where leakage is occurring.
    • Physician Loyalties shows where physicians are treating their cases.

Together, these tools provide focused intelligence around physician and provider relationships and uncover physician behavior in your market.

One of the enhancements you will find with Physician Loyalty is the inclusion of Storyboards, which allows you to quickly build in-app presentations to facilitate your next physician strategy session.

Join me in congratulating Megan Reeves on her most recent promotion to the Customer Success Manager position on the Customer Success team.

Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Latin American Latino Studies and an MBA from the University of Louisville where, among several student leadership positions, she worked as a translator in a free-clinic on the backside of Churchill Downs. After she graduated, she also taught STEM subjects at a trilingual high school in Cordoba, Spain. (more…)

ICD-10 Diagnosis and Procedure Dataset Updates and DRG Definition Improvement

The Stratasan team is continuously looking for ways to improve our customers’ experiences and add value. With the switch to ICD-10, many healthcare organizations were tasked with a plethora of new codes to understand and define into main and sub-product lines. One of our recent initiatives has been to update our ICD-10 diagnosis and procedure definitions so that customers are no longer subjected to large chunks of data falling into the “undefined” category. Through this process, it was determined that our previous ICD-10 definition nomenclature could use some refinement as well. We decided to start fresh with new definition categories to create a uniform analysis experience.

While updating ICD-10 definitions, we recognized our DRG definitions needed to follow a similar naming structure so that users could have uniform analyses. We took the opportunity to also revamp our DRG definitions so that we would have cohesive naming conventions across all code-types.

We are happy to report that this update is complete and that current Stratasan product line definitions will be updated on March 1st. (more…)
