Every three years, officials at the San Juan Regional Medical Center take part in a months-long process called a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). It’s designed to identify the community’s greatest health needs before they develop an action plan to address them. Positive Feedback Rolls In: NMHA’s Star Platform Launch

The New Mexico Hospital Association (NMHA) began onboarding member facilities to Star this month and the feedback from NMHA members has been exciting to hear. See below several of the quotes we’ve captured so far.

“The New Mexico Hospital Association has been working with Stratasan for just over a year on a transition from a prior long-standing relationship for our comparative data program.  We are very excited about Stratasan’s launch of their new data collection system, and the release of their new product, Star.  During this transition, we have found the entire Stratasan team to be responsive and extremely customer-centric as they relate to our team, and more importantly, to our members.”

Welcome to the Team: Charles Glover

Charles Glover

Sales Engineer

Charles Glover is a sales engineer at Stratasan. In this position, Charles creates and articulates effective solutions to match the specific needs of prospective clients and serves as the technical bridge between Stratasan’s sales leaders and their prospects. Having earned a degree in Finance from Auburn University, Charles began his career in this field, providing analytics to large institutional lenders until their largest client (and the oldest investment bank on Wall Street) very famously went bankrupt in 2008.

For the next several years he lived and played; racing mountain bikes in Damascus, Virginia and skiing in Telluride, Colorado. Instead of becoming Peter Pan, Charles moved home to Nashville to begin work in sales and business development, primarily in finance and consumable products. Most recently, he made the intentional pivot back to analytics, completing a Data Analytics program at Vanderbilt in early 2020. He believes his role now at Stratasan is the perfect fit and an enormous blessing. In his free time, he still loves to ride a bike, but now it’s primarily on the road, not the trail. Lucky to live in the best city in America for live music, he likes to get out to see a large amount of it, preferably at the Ryman Auditorium.

Welcome to the team, Charles!
