Louis Joseph: Customer Success Manager

Louis joined the Stratasan team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, he manages client relationships and works across all departments to ensure customers have a consistent and exceptional experience. Louis has a Bachelors in Business Management as well as an MBA from Berry College. Before Stratasan, he worked with the Strategic Resource Group at LifePoint Health where he was the primary strategic planning contact for a division of hospitals. Prior to that, Louis spent five years as a Client Manager with WinShape Teams, a culture and leadership development foundation offering services to a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, being on the lake with friends and family, and creating things out of wood and leather.
