In this position, Jason will manage the team responsible for client success. He will be the key owner of the Customer Success teams performance, metrics, and day-to-day operations and he reports to the SVP Customer Success.

Deactivating Idle Accounts

At Stratasan, we’re always working to make sure we keep your data safe and secure. To support that effort, we’re going to begin deactivating accounts that are idle for more than 180 days. This protects data from being accessed by employees who have possibly changed roles or organizations. Accounts can easily be reactivated by organization administrators or a member of our Stratasan Customer Success team.

We will be rolling this out in mid-February. If you are an administrator and would like a list of affected accounts within your organization, contact your Customer Success Manager ahead of time, or email support@stratasan.com.

 

 

Welcome to the Team: Angelo Vibar

Angelo Vibar

Manager, Customer Success

Angelo joined Stratasan in October 2018 as a Customer Success Manager. He has earned a BA in political science from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s Degree in public policy from Macquarie University. Before Stratasan, Angelo gained six years of experience in the banking industry and worked for three years in customer success and account management at Gartner. His time with Gartner will be especially relevant as he was the customer success manager for the large healthcare organization, Kaiser Permanente. (more…)

Account Manager, Customer Success Team

Louis-JosephLouis joined the Stratasan team in September of 2017 as a Customer Success Analyst with the Customer Success Team. In this role, he manages client relationships and works across all departments to ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for our customers. Louis has a Bachelors in Business Management as well as an MBA  from Berry College. Before Stratasan, he worked with the Strategic Resource Group at LifePoint Health where he was the primary strategic planning contact for a division of hospitals. Prior to that, Louis spent 5 years as a Client Manager with WinShape Teams, a culture and leadership development foundation offering services to a wide variety of clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He and his wife have two dogs, and when not working, he enjoys spending time on the lake with friends and family and creating things out of wood and leather.
