Customer Support Specialist
Joe Drilling is the Customer Support Specialist at Stratasan. In this position, Joe answers Intercom, email, and phone inquiries from Stratasan users, assisting them with any questions they might have. Prior to starting at Stratasan, Joe worked in customer support at a variety of companies, including KeyBank, Morningstar, Verizon and more. Joe is now bringing over a decade of experience in customer support to Stratasan’s nascent Onboarding Training and Support team. In his free time, Joe collects and plays old video games.
