Senior Front-End Developer

In this position, Lisa writes code that drives dynamic user interactions within Stratasan’s applications. She also handles user interface design, making it easier for customers to interact with these applications.
Her previous experience includes time as a Front End Engineer for HCA. Additionally, she has an extensive understanding of the front-end stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), relevant libraries and frameworks, and some back end exposure (Node, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Java).
Lisa is passionate about growing diversity in tech and mentoring those new to coding, especially adults exploring this career path later in life. She co-founded Nashville Women Programmers in 2013, which now has more than 750 members. She also co-hosts NashDev, a podcast about software engineering and the Nashville developer community. When not coding, Lisa enjoys spending time with her wife (Carson), doting on her cat children (Hampton and Hemingway), thrift shopping, and traveling.
