Scott Case, CEO of Startup America Partnership, made a visit to Nashville last week to get a pulse of the entrepreneurship scene. I was one of the lucky few to have the opportunity to spend time with Scott before his insane schedule kicked in.
Scott is doing great work for this country by being the face and a large portion of the brains behind the efforts of Startup America Partnership.
From their website’s About page:
We’re bringing together a coalition of mentors, advisors, funders, major corporations and service providers to deliver strategic and substantive resources to help entrepreneurs start and scale companies.
These efforts are critical to companies ranging from single shingle companies to high-growth ventures nationwide. The decision to put an entrepreneur with real-world experience at the front-end will only improve the chances of success for the federally backed program.
HealthDataSource is a big proponent of any efforts in this area and hopes to remain active in the many efforts going on in Nashville and in Tennessee.
Thanks for the visit, Scott.
