Jackie DeGroat: Customer Success Manager
Jackie joined the Stratasan team in November 2016 as a Physician Relations Advisor. Prior to Stratasan, she worked as the Business Development Specialist at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL. With much of her previous role spent as a physician liaison, developing and maintaining relationships with community pediatricians to drive hospital referrals, Jackie offers a great deal of relatability to Stratasan clients. In October 2017, Jackie was promoted to a Customer Success Manager where she is responsible for account management and providing world-class customer experience to all of her clients. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Administration from East Stroudsburg University and a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Scranton.
A die-hard Los Angeles Rams fan, Jackie loves listening to country music and boxing in her free time.
