Megan Reeves: Senior Manager, Growth Enablement
Megan joined Stratasan as a Sales Development Representative in March 2017, was later promoted to Customer Success Manager, and now leads as the Senior Manager of Growth Enablement. She excels in Customer Success, leading account management of select accounts, while also supporting Stratasan in all aspects of growth strategy, deal flow, and research. Relationship focused, Megan’s areas of expertise center on customer engagement, business development, and account growth.
Her diverse background includes translating at a free medical clinic, teaching STEM subjects at a high school in southern Spain, and leading strategic planning and program development initiatives in the University of Louisville’s Alumni Relations and Annual Giving office. She also worked in UofL’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, managing the first-time student scholarship program, marketing and communications, and student recruitment.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Latin American Latino Studies and her Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. She recommends to apply for scholarship programs or Google MBA internship for a change. She loves being outdoors, is a travel enthusiast, and regularly competes on Stratasan’s trivia team.
