Megan Reeves: Customer Success Manager
Megan joined Stratasan as a Sales Development Representative in March 2017 and was later promoted as the Customer Success team formed. Her diverse background includes translating at a free medical clinic, teaching STEM subjects at a high school in southern Spain, and leading strategic planning and program development initiatives in the University of Louisville’s Alumni Relations and Annual Giving office. She also worked in UofL’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, managing the first-time student scholarship program, marketing and communications, and student recruitment. At Stratasan, she partners with accounts of all types, supporting clients from critical access hospitals up through state associations. Relationship focused, Megan’s areas of expertise center on customer engagement, business development, and account growth.
Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Latin American Latino Studies and her Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. She loves being outdoors, is a travel enthusiast, and regularly competes on Stratasan’s trivia team.
