Lead Customer Success Manager
Leah is the Lead Customer Success Manager for Stratasan, where she will provide expertise and leadership for the Customer Success team and ensure we deliver the highest levels of satisfaction and value for our clients. She will partner with multiple stakeholders to tackle complex business issues, deliver client solutions, and altogether exceed customer expectations. Leah has over 20 years in strategic planning with IBM Watson Health and its legacy organizations, and she is a long-time member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD).
Leah has a BBA from the University of Montevallo and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and a Nashvillian since 1999, she and her partner have two miniature schnauzers, Pippin and Poppy. When not working, Leah is a huge sports fan (Roll Tide! Go Titans!) and loves animals, baking, and traveling.
