Vice President

Craig Smith is a Vice President at Stratasan. In this position, Craig will have responsibility for top-line growth for hospitals and health systems with revenue between $1 billion and $5 billion annually. He’ll also ensure that Stratasan’s products and services are properly aligned with client strategic growth initiatives. Craig comes to Stratasan with over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in healthcare technology and consulting for high-growth, Nashville-based businesses. He earned BA degrees in Economics and Political Science (with a focus on bio-behavioralism) from Brown University and has lived in Nashville most of his adult life.

Craig has an adult son who is one of his favorite people on the planet and a yellow lab named Emmylou. He’s an avid consumer of live music, including shows attached to major music festivals, and typically sees 150+ acts every year. Craig is happiest when skiing down a mountain or running slalom balls behind a towboat.

Stratasan Partners with Service 2 Software, Onboarding Three Military Service Members

Transition Sales and Training Program to Increase Team Diversity

 

Nashville, TN (Nov. 11, 2019) — Stratasan, LLC, a Nashville-based healthcare data analytics software provider, has partnered with Service 2 Software (S2S), whose mission is to fuel the transition of service members and provide a way for technology companies to hire veterans. Launched by a group of Army veterans, S2S provides an innovative way to grow business and offers transitioning service members real-world experience at a SaaS company. 

“For service members, we’re the only program of its kind that helps them break into sales roles,” says David Hester, Service 2 Software cofounder and CEO. “We’ve partnered with rapid growth companies and provide service members with sales training from the top 1 percent.”

Stratasan will be training three service members—Tommy Blair, Melvin Boyd, and John Lund—in software sales. Having been immersed in four weeks of industry-leading sales training conducted by S2S, these veterans will spend the next five months working with the Stratasan sales team in Sales Development roles before transitioning to full-time employment. Welcome to the Team: Carrie Nall

Carrie Nall

SVP of Finance and Controller

Carrie Nall is the SVP of Finance and Controller at Stratasan. In this position, Carrie manages the accounting and finance functions to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial statements. Additionally, she ensures that finance and accounting support management, as well as other departments, with the analytical data needed to make informed decisions in the execution of the company’s vision. Carrie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. She began her career in Nashville at HealthTrust in Internal Audit, traveling across the country performing financial and operational audits of hospitals. More recently, Carrie worked as the Financial Reporting Manager for the HCA TriStar Division, as the Controller for various HCA Hospitals, and as a Client CFO for LBMC W Squared for multiple companies in various industries, including several SaaS companies.

Carrie has two children, including a son who graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga with a degree in Biochemistry in 2018 and a daughter who is a senior at Franklin High School and is deciding between the University of Tennessee and University of Kentucky. With the exception of three and a half years, Carrie has lived in Nashville or Franklin since she graduated from college. Carrie is a huge UK basketball fan and has two dogs, Yankee, a black lab and Rupp, a rescue pit bull.

Welcome to the Team: Alex Antonison

Alex Antonison

Data Analytics Manager

Alex Antonison is the Data Analytics Manager at Stratasan. In this position, he is responsible for the growth of the Data Services Team and ensuring that the department executes at its fullest capacity. Alex has a Bachelors of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is pursuing a Masters in Computer Science with a Data Science focus from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Alex began his career at Wyle in models and simulations for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System. Following Wyle, he briefly worked for Oil Instrumentation,  where he was tasked with building out their analytics platform. He moved to Nashville in 2015 to work for FreseniusRx, a mail-order pharmacy for Fresenius Medical Care. With a desire to go into Data Science, he joined Axial Healthcare initially as a Data Engineer but soon switched to the Data Science group.

In his free time, Alex likes to promote data in the Nashville community by organizing Nashville Data Nerds, a group focused around education and working with data. Alex is married to his wife, Jami, and has two calico cats, Aredhela and Zeno.

Welcome to the Team: Chris Graff

Chris Graff

Star Platform Manager

Chris Graff is the Star Platform Manager at Stratasan. In this position, Chris serves as the subject matter expert and customer liaison for Stratasan’s Star Platform. Before Stratasan, Chris worked for ten years at Truven Health Analytics/IBM Watson Health as an Operations Manager overseeing their state data aggregation program. He also worked as a Product Engineer for seven years in the automotive industry. Chris graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in Design Engineering Technology.

Originally from Florida, he has lived in Nashville for 33 years. When not working, he spends time with his family, including his wife Lara and daughter Anna, and his dogs. He enjoys woodworking, cooking, and exploring new things to do in the growing city of Nashville. He also enjoys traveling and anything outdoors.

Jeff Lininger

COO

Jeff Lininger is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Stratasan. Jeff is accountable for the revenue growth efforts of the company including marketing, sales, and customer success. Prior to joining Stratasan he successfully applied his expertise in building growth and service infrastructures within start-up, mid-market, and Fortune 500 technology and services companies. Jeff holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Grove City College.

Jeff resides in Nashville with his wife, daughter, and son. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, golf, and playing various sports with his family.

Welcome to the Team: Steve Erro

Steve Erro

Product Manager

Steve Erro is the Product Manager at Stratasan. In this position, Steve is responsible for designing products with great user experience and a focus on customer retention. He believes in a user-centered design while focusing on success metrics that move the company forward. Steve has worked across multiple product types and marketing channels. He has participated in everything from the UX of physical and digital products, the UI of embedded systems, landing page optimization, PPC marketing, and directing AB testing. No matter if the project is a local marketing initiative or an internal tool, he has learned that open communication and a healthy conversation is the key to driving successful projects.

Outside of work, Steve is a general hobbyist. He dabbles in anything from furniture restoration, cooking, running, curating collections, and reading. He is constantly curious about how things are made and is always looking to learn something new.

Quinn Robinson

Customer Success Administrator

Quinn Robinson is the Customer Success Administrator at Stratasan. In this position, Quinn handles internal operations for strategic delivery and customer success. Born and raised in Nashville, Quinn is a recent graduate of The Pontifical College Josephinum where he earned a BA in Philosophy.

The fourth child in a family of six, Quinn has always been a motivated self-starter, having run a neighborhood lawn business since the 6th grade. He enjoys health and fitness, being with his family, trail running at Percy Warner Park, and plans to one day live in Northwest Montana near Glacier National Park. He also has a great appreciation for a good book, deep conversation, and his Catholic Faith.

Aaron Frazier

Customer Success Director

Aaron Frazier is a Customer Success Director at Stratasan. In this position, Aaron ensures that customers have the most productive and successful experience possible when using Stratasan’s software. Aaron has over 18 years of healthcare analytics and strategic planning experience with systems such as LifePoint Health and HCA. At LifePoint Health, Aaron was one of the first to adopt the Stratasan’s software over seven years ago and has extensive knowledge of all Stratasan’s products.

Aaron is originally from Philadelphia PA, but move to Nashville 18 years ago and now considers himself a Nashvillian. Aaron earned a BS in Health Care Administration from Florida A&M University along with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the Western Governors University.

When Aaron is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and his boy/girl twins. Aaron also loves to travel, considers himself a “foodie,” and loves watching all types of sports.
